You can see his name in almost any months edition of Watercraft magazine. He got bored racing bikes and began racing jet-ski's. He was champion and then decided to devote himself to building the best race motors. He is the head mechanic for Riva Yamaha in Pompano Beach.

When you think of the backflip you probably think of Mat Hoffman. Mat is

an incredible rider but he wasn't the first to do the backflip. Jose did it

before anyone else back when he rode for Hutch. As for what  he's up to

now, no info on that.
