 Wind Styler with a USA sticker. This may not really mean the Wind Styler was made in the USA.
Many bike companies (such as GT for instance) were guilty of putting USA stickers on bikes that were merely painted, stickered or designed in the USA while actually being welded in Taiwan or somewhere else overseas.
That was common for bike companies back then. Whether Hutch did that too I don't know.
